This full-time distance learning M.A. provides you with an education on international relations that focuses on practical skills and theory about the basics of diplomacy. Through contemporary topics like language and diplomacy, internet governance, and development diplomacy, you will be trained to master the art of negotiation in a global context where presentation and content matters. While obtaining an advanced understanding and overview of current international diplomatic processes and methods, you will be tasked with writing at length about a topic of your choosing in the field of negotiation.

  1. a Bachelor degree obtained with at least Second Class Honours or with at least Category II in an area of study deemed relevant by the Board or
  2. appropriate professional qualifications, together with sufficient related professional experience, that are acceptable to the Senate and deemed comparable to the qualifications in paragraph (a).
